They open at 7am. I went to subway at 7:40am and the doors where still locked.

Saw hair in my food and they aren't using any hair nets or hats. I asked about the hair and if I could get a new sandwich and the manager (guy) kept denying it and saying it's not their hair. I ended up leaving, manager never apologized or anything. I'll be skipping this specific subway location

Yesterday, Around 6:30 pm I went to this place for food . I had a rewards to use. a lady was serving and she told me they won’t accept the rewards. I don’t why? I told her that still I am going to pay for food . But, she said I am not the owner and you are not my regular costumer and I don’t care.Hence, I will not accept rewards even though I was ready to buy food via credit card. So horrible experience. Reaaaaallly bad behavior. I literally walked away without saying anything.

Short balding dude with the glasses is stingy with the meat AND vegetables. I got a wrap that's mostly wrap.

Employees kept the place very clean. From the sitting area to the garbage can to the prep table everything seemed to be in its place and kept tidy. Its rare to actually see a fast food chain keep the place clean nowadays. Both times I was there the employees washed their hands before picking up gloves and handling food. The sandwiches were great too.

Didn’t let us eat in the subway because they were closing with in 10 mins , told us only to go . Didn’t even care ! Very rude .

This restaurant is impeccable.! Every detail is thoughtfully displayed! I had some dietary restriction which they were so kind to accommodate. They really deserve five stars. Keep it up guys.

The sandwich is built the way you like it. It has meat and vegetables. The reason I drop one star is that the same sandwich that cost 7.75 in Huntley costs 4.95 in Schaumburg.

The service there was friendly with a smile. A willingness to get the order right. They were delicious food and friendly service providers.
